Adult Martial Arts
In our adult program, we emphasize the traditions of Tae Kwon Do, teaching a broad spectrum of martial arts techniques for the street or the ring. Our classes include kickboxing, takedowns, throws, chokes, joint locks and more. Our intense and exciting workouts are sure to get you to your fitness goals no matter what they may be. There is no age limit or fitness requirement for this class; our instructors will be happy to work with you and help you improve no matter what your physical limitations are.Women's Cardio Kickboxing
This class is a pay as you come women-only class that focuses on a great workout. Do not be fearful of the name - this is not a true "kickboxing" class. The drills we teach vary by day but are vast in number. Although you may not realize it at first, the drills we do are teaching easy self-defense methods to protect yourself, while still offering one of the most difficult workouts around. We also have several extensions to this class including Weight Training and Stability Ball workouts. A Yoga class will also be included on Wednesdays starting in September.
